>Family Service Counselor

Regional Consultant
As a Lincoln Heritage Regional Consultant, you’ll enjoy developing long-term partnerships with funeral homes throughout the country, and representing ProActive Preneed™–one of the most successful, innovative, and well-supported programs in the industry. You’ll be part of an independently owned, family-oriented company that boasts the best surplus ratio in the industry. And, you’ll enjoy a generous compensation package that includes base salary, commissions, profit sharing, medical, dental, life, and exciting incentive travel opportunities.

  • Three to five years of sales management experience and two to three years of in-home consultative selling in the preneed funeral market

  • Background in developing, implementing and managing sales strategies

  • Experienced training and coaching of individuals in both group and one-on-one situations

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills

>Regional Consultant

Call Center Consultant:
This is a customer service/inside sales position to speak with our valued customers who have requested information. No cold calling.

This position needs someone who is kindhearted, articulate, detail-oriented, and highly accurate and would best suit someone who has life experience and the ability to be adaptable. This individual must also be able to think on their feet as this is a fast-paced environment and each phone call is different from the next.

Requirements Are:
  • Previous sales/phone experience, either in a customer service or call center environment.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • The ability to relate to a mature clientele with empathy and compassion.

  • Experience working in a funeral home or planning a funeral is a big plus!
